Counselling Directory, a large national directory that connects potential clients and patients with professional, qualified therapists, recently asked me to create a short video describing what Psychodynamic therapy is. Psychodynamic therapy has a rich, fascinating and sometimes, complex history going back 120 years, and I enjoyed the challenge of summing it up in 3 mins!
