THERAPY
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist who works with individuals, couples and groups. I am trained in multiple models of psychological care so I can respond to your needs in a flexible and friendly way.

People seek therapy for all sorts of reasons. You may have specific issues you want to address, or you may have broader questions you want to explore. Alternatively, you may be experiencing certain feelings such as anxiety, depression, feeling stuck or past experiences could be troubling you in the present.

My therapy is about providing an environment for you to express your feelings in a safe and non-judgmental space while seeking clarity and insight into yourself and the world around you. My practice is friendly, professional and safe. If you're not sure if therapy is for you I am happy to have a chat about how it could help.

For six years I worked in London running group therapy at SurvivorsUK, a charity supporting men, boys, Trans & non-binary people who have survived sexual abuse or violence while having an honorary contract working at The South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust where I work with patients one to one with a variety of mental health disorders and issues. I have extensive history and training working with survivors of trauma, the LGBTQ+ and kink communities, sex workers, young people and students, longterm or chronic illnesses, as well as depression and anxiety.
I’m now based in Glasgow where my private practice is split between clients from all over the UK online, with a few in-person appointments. My work has a friendly and professional approach and I pride myself on providing a warm and safe environment in which to work with clients.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical framework and code of conduct. I am a member of the Radical Therapist Network, a membership organisation for therapists dedicated to intersectional, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive learning and therapeutic practice. Alongside this I am a member of the Paediatric Mental Health Association, a multidisciplinary group of professionals including Paediatricians, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, Nurses, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, who are concerned in promoting mental wellbeing alongside physical health of babies, children and young people into adulthood.
